At Axelio, we are looking for an Account Manager who focuses entirely on our existing customer portfolio. No cold acquisition, no new business, your focus is 100% on deepening and expanding relationships with customers who are already working with us. Do you have an affinity for ERP and want to help organizations, mainly trade and manufacturing companies, with the implementation of the Microsoft platform? What you will do as an Account Manager

At Axelio, we support companies with consultancy, training, and custom solutions within the Microsoft platform, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, Azure, and the Power Platform.

As an Account Manager, you are fully focused on managing and expanding relationships with our existing customers. We have many loyal customers that we actively support in their digital transformation. Your role is to deepen these relationships, identify new needs, and initiate appropriate solutions together with our consultants.

You work closely with our consultants to help organizations with, among other things, Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, and the Power Platform. You easily switch between commerce and content and know how to help customers move forward.

Tasks you will be involved in:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Advising customers on the optimal use of Microsoft technology, focusing on ERP and related solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to translate customer issues into appropriate solutions.
  • Preparing proposals and guiding the sales process from initial contact to assignment.

What you can expect from us

Compensation

You earn between €4,500 - €5,500. Additionally, you receive a profit share, depending on the organization's results.

Mobility

We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you

  • A completed higher vocational education (hbo) or university degree (wo), preferably in business administration, commercial economics, or a technical field.
  • Extensive experience in IT services, preferably with a focus on ERP solutions.
  • Experience or affinity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, CE, or Power Platform).
  • Commercial insight and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to think strategically and operationally with customers.
